RoomMate is a data driven property management platform for landlords who want to grow their portfolio sustainably. In 2019 we were a mobile application with 20,000 monthly active users - tenants who wanted to manage the co-living situation better.
18 months later we have successfully pivoted and are now addressing the other side of the market, with the landlords that our tenants rent their apartments from. During the lockdown we launched our cloud based platform, and we now have paying client.
Covid has driven landlords, who were reticent to use technology to manage their real estate portfolio, to change their habits and embrace digital transformation by becoming our clients.
Our goal is to bring the entire rental management value chain together, allowing tenants and landlords to have a seamless experience, as well as connecting the different parts of the market together, making us the central hub for rentals.
We help lanlords make better data-driven investment decisions.

We came in first at Almacube’s incubation program, and we were awarded €7.000,00 in prize money.

RoomMate is accelerated by Nana Bianca in Florence, receiving a €50.000,00 investment.

RoomMate graduates from the Fit4Start program in Luxembourg, and is awarded a 50000€ grant.

We raise € 325,000 from investors and 100000€ grant from Fit4Start, allowing us to grow in Europe.
