It operates in the agritech domain and more precisely in date palm pollination using own-developed intelligent drones. Drobee offer a date palm pollinating service using its intelligent drones for date producers.
Date palm production is the second biggest income source from agricultural exportations in Tunisia and its one of the most fruit demanded around the world for its nutritional value.
However, date production faces many problems and the most important is the lack of manpower specialized in pollination. In fact, a dte palm should be pollinated every season to give fruit. This led to increase of manpower cost and production losses.
This is why Drobee cames with a technological solution that can cover this shortage. A smart date palm pollinating drone. Developping an AI solution that can detect palm trees lead the drone to pollinate the yeald autonomosly. Actually, it's a new polinating technique, safe on human that don't requires climbing trees, 100 times faster than manual method, and more pecise.
