The Brussels Business Support Agency is offering free-of-charge a range of solutions and advice for start-ups and scale-ups in Brussels and beyond, as well as services focussing on strategy, finance, clustering and internationalisation.
Its teams assist in the design and development of businesses in Brussels, from the initial idea through to realisation, and guide them in the approaches they take. They also support businesses wishing to export beyond the region/country’s borders, just as they promote foreign investment in Brussels.
Through one-off projects and actions, hub.brussels initiates new dynamics within the local Brussels environment, by encouraging connections between private and public economic stakeholders to strengthen existing links and create new opportunities.
The Agency will provide the government with recommendations based on its in-depth knowledge of Brussels’ economic environment. Statistical and practical indicators on the ground will allow it to carry out informed and illuminating monitoring of the sector and the area, and, in this way, judge the actions implemented by the Region.

hub.brussels lance son plan pour l'entrepreneuriat bruxellois
Quelles réponses apporter face aux enjeux futurs induits par la crise du coronavirus? Pour accompagner au mieux les entreprises à la sortie du confinement, l’Agence bruxelloise pour l’Accompagnement de l’Entreprise a adapté son plan d’action 2020, en redéfinissant sa vision et ses objectifs dans un plan de relance et de redéploiement sur 6 mois, articulé autour de 4 axes clés.
Dès les prémices de la crise du COVID-19, les équipes de hub.brussels se sont mobilisées aux côtés des entrepreneur.es bruxellois.es afin de les aider à traverser ces moments difficiles.
Notons, entre autres, la mise en place d’un service d’accompagnement d’urgence à destination des entreprises impactées par le COVID-19 et coordonné par hub.brussels.
À l’heure du déconfinement, les équipes de hub.brussels ont repensé leurs services, répondant avec précision aux besoins des entrepreneur.e.s.
Comme l’explique Isabelle Grippa, directrice générale de hub.brussels:
hub.brussels ne pouvait continuer comme avant. Avec le soutien des cabinets, hub.brussels a co-construit le recentrage de ses activités pour déployer dans des délais très courts et à moyen terme des actions ponctuelles précises de soutien aux entrepreneurs répondant à la vision et aux ambitions de hub.brussels en matière de redéploiement économique.

Les hub.awards, ce sont six prix – Start, Grow, Invest, Export (biens et services) et Prix du public –qui doivent permettre à toutes les PME présentes à Bruxelles de poser leur candidature, en ce qu’elles doivent réunir les valeurs propres à l’entrepreneuriat bruxellois de demain : innovation, inspiration, audace et, bien sûr, la participation à la dynamique et au développement de Bruxelles.
